Here is how you make Pot de Creme au Chocolat:

1. Heat chocolate in double boiler, whisking until melted. 2. Stir in sugar and cream, whisking until smooth. 3. Beat a small amount of chocolate mixture into bowl of beaten egg yolks. 4. Gradually add the egg-chocolate mixture back into double boiler pan. (Thisstep should keep egg yolks from curdling when mixed into the main chocolate mixture.)5. Whisk and cook for several minutes over medium heat. 6. Stir in vanilla and dash of salt.7. Strain through small sieve to remove any possible cooked egg "lumps." 8. Pour into 6 small ramekins.
