Mix flour, milk, salt, vanilla extract, egg white and oil with whisk, until batter is smooth.2. Refrigerate batter, while you make up one sachet of birds dream topping.3. When you are ready, refrigerate the dream topping, and put a small amount of oil into a small frying pan. Turn the heat to medium.4. Spoon 1/5 of the batter into the pan, and move the pan around so that the batter covers the whole pan.5. Wait until one side is lightly browned, and then carefully flip the crepe using a spatula (or something similar).6. Wait until the next side is lightly browned too, and then gently slide the crepe onto a plate.7. Get out your bowl of birds dream topping, and divide the topping into eighths.8.
