1/2 stick (4 tbsp) cold unsalted butter

Makes 8 1-cup servings Preheat oven to 375 FChop up your rhubarb into 1" pieces, and mix with the berries you've chosen. Place in bottom of baking dish evenly.In a separate bowl mix your dry ingredients. Cut up the cold butter into small pieces and place in dry ingredients. Using a pastry blender, 2 knives or your hands mix the butter into the dry ingredients until it looks like coarse breadcrumbs. Spread this mixture evenly on top of the fruit.
