How Do I Make Cuban Style Flan?

Here is how you make Cuban Style Flan:

Mix eggs, condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla with an electric mixer. Make caramel out of the 1 cup of sugar. Put caramel into a flanera. Strain egg mixture into flanera. Place flanera in pressure cooker. Put water in the pressure cooker, about half way up the side of the flanera. Close pressure cooker and put on burner turned up medium/high. When pressure cooker starts whistling, set a timer for 30 minutes. Turn burner off after 30 minutes. Allow pressure cooker to fully depressurize on its own before opening. Chill and serve.
