Cupcakes:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pans with muffin cups.Cream Smart Balance Spread, sugar and applesauce.In separate bowl, sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
