2 cups of Chana Dal (or chickpeas) cooked, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
2 carrots peeled and diced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp miso (suggests mugi but you can use anything)
1 tbsp arrowroot dissolved in 1 tbsp water
500g spring greens tough stems removed and roughly shredded
fresh coriander leaves

Heat the oil (or water) in a medium sized pan and add the onion and a pinch of salt. Cook gently for 10 mins till soft and translucent 2.
