Mix first 4 ingredients in abowl. Add last 4 ingredients. Blend with a spoon. Batter should be on the lumpy side. Fry batter in a frying pan with oil as either 3-4 silver dollar pancakes or 2 larger pancakes. Fry lightly on both sides. Makes 4 portions.
