1. Add coffee granules to hot water, stir until disolved. Gradually add to cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with a whire whisk untill well blended. Add Splenda, mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping.2. Place 16 wafers on bottom of 9" square dish; cover with half of the whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.3. Top wit raspberries just before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.4.
