Pour the peaches into a second bowl and sprinkle with 1/8 cup sugar. Stir to coat and allow to thaw.While thawing, prepare the custard as follows.Cream together the eggs and remaining sugar. Slowly stir in the flour, one tablespoon at a time, until smooth. Stir in the milk, Silk, and water. heat over low heat, stirring often, until the liquid thickens - don't give in to the temptation to raise the heat, allow it to thicken slowly.Cut up the cake into small chunks.
