Mix flour, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together and set aside. 2. Melt unsweetened chocolate and canola oil on low heat in a small sauce pan. Once melted, add coffee/ espresso granules stir until blended.3.Pour chocolate mixture into large empty bowl and let cool for at least 5 mins. Stir in brown sugar, egg whites, and syrup. 4. slowly add dry ingredients to the wet stirring gently until just combined. pour dough out into plastic wrap, or cover and freeze minimum 2 hours or overnight. 5. let thaw slightly roll dough into 1' balls and dredge in remaining powdered sugar. 6. Place cookies on parchment paper lined cookie sheets 2' apart. 7. Bake for 10 minutes or until top of cookie is cracked and set. 8.
