Let stand until softened, about 10 minutes.Bring milk to boil in heavy medium saucepan. Whisk yolks and sugar in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in hot milk. Return mixture to same saucepan. Stir over low heat until custard thickens and leaves path on back of spoon when finger is drawn across, about 4 minutes (do not boil). Remove from heat. Add gelatin mixture and stir until melted.
