Here is how you make Low Fat Cappuccino Cups:

1. Place 1 cookie on bottom of a paper lined muffin cup.2. Stir coffee granules into hot water in a large bowl until dissolved.3. Add 2% milk, dry pudding mix, and cinnamin. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes.4. Gently stir in 3 1/2 cups of prepared dessert topping. Spoon mixture evenly over cookies in muffin cups.5. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Remove from paper cups just before serving. Top with remaining dessert topping.Makes 18 single servings.
