about 6 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp hot water
1/2 cup hershey's syrup
dash vanilla

Here is how you make Lower-fat Frozen Mocha Cheesecake:

Mix crushed oreos with butter using a fork. Line a loaf pan with foil. Press the buttery cookie crumps down in the bottom and a bit up the sides (about 1/2") to make a crust.In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in canned milk and vanilla.Fold in whipped cream from both cans. Separate the mixture into two bowls, with about 1/3 in one bowl and 2/3 in the other.Mix the instant coffee with water until dissolved.Add the coffee and hershey's syrup to the larger bowl; stir until blended.Pour a layer of the chocolate mocha filling into the cookie crust, about 1/3 of the way full.Add a layer of the vanilla filling.Pour another layer of the chocolate mocha filling on top of that, until pan is full.Freeze for 6 hours, then serve; cut into 12 slices.YOU CAN make this lighter with Cool Whip but I don't like it :)There will also be filling left over, unless you have enormous loaf pans!Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user IZZYNC.
