Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Crush crackers until fine crumbs are made, mix in 2 tbsp. melted butter.Spray 9" springform pan quickly with cooking spray and press moistened crumbs into the bottom of the pan. Bake in oven for about 5 minutes.Mix cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Mix in milk, then one egg at a time to fully incorporate. Blend in sour cream, vanilla, and flour until creamy.Pour mix into springform pan and bake in oven for 1 hour. Then turn off oven and let the cheesecake cool in oven for 4-5 hours with the oven door closed.
