Measure out the fruit cocktail and cut into smaller pieces (of leave if preferred), also divide into four and add to the bowls of jelly. Put into fridge allow to set. Once set, thinly slice one small Swiss roll (use two if one isn't enough, but remember to adjust the calories), and layer over the top of the jelly, measure out 125 ml ready to eat custard and divide , spreading thinly over the Swiss roll. Put back into fridge and allow to set (about 30 - 60 mins). Measure out the creme fraiche and apply a thin layer over the custard, cover with cling film and return to fridge until ready to use.
