Wait until temperature decreases to 115?. 5) Remove one cup of milk and whisk it with yogurt. Then pour it into the pot and whisk it all together to incorporate well. 6) Pour milk mixture into large oven-safe bowl and place in the oven with the oven light on for 12 hours (This will maintain a temperature of approximately 115?). DON'T TOUCH IT OR MOVE IT. ANY MOVEMENT WILL KEEP THE YOGURT FROM SETTING PROPERLY. Make sure the temperature stays between 110?-125?. Any lower and the bacteria cultures won't grow. Any higher and it will kill the bacteria cultures.
