Here is how you make Lowfat Lemony Cheesecake with Fresh Fruit:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 8 inch springform pan with cooking spray; sprinkle crumbs evenly on bottom of pan. In large bowl, beat cheese product until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg whites, egg, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until center is set.
