Makes 12 good size servings.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Add first seven ingredients in large bowl and toss to coat apples.In separate bowl, mix mix next five ingredients and set aside.In a smaller bowl beat together the last four ingredients.Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
