2 lrg cans of sliced peaches (or any other fruit or 4 cups fresh fruit)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 teasp cinnamon (only for peach or apple cobbler)
Topping
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teasp baking powder
4 tbsp softtened butter
2 egg

Here is how you make Mom's Any Fruit Cobbler:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium sauce pan mix together sugar and cornstarch. Stir half the juice from canned fruit (or the fruit if using fresh fruit). Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens (approximately 2 minuets for thickening). Stir in butter and canned fruit. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.To prepare topping , mix together flour, sugar and baking powder, mix well. Add butter and egg and mix till blended. Spoon over fruit mixture.
