Combine: egg, milk, vanilla & canola oil. Set aside. Combine: 1 cup flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, sugar & brown sugar blend. Add to egg mixture & blend well. Turn into a greased 8x8x2 pan. Dot cranberries over the batter. Crumb Topping: Mix 3/4 cup flour & 1/2 cup Splenda. Cut in Smart Balance; add almonds. Sprinkle over the top of cranberries.
