Add oil mix evenly with fork or pastry cutter, Stir in yogurt, orange zest, and 2 eggs. Then add dried fruit until mixture comes together. Knead a few times in bowl or floured surface. (do not over Knead)-Divide dough into 2 balls. Flatten each down to 3/4 inch thick and cut each ball in 8 wedges.Brush with egg white and remaining 1tbl sugar.
