Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.Cut pie crust into 8 pieces. (Most will be rectangular)Brush pastry dough lightly with butter, drop 1 tsp. preserves onto dough, and fold into a square, pressing the edges together tightly. TIP: FOR TRIANGULAR SHAPED PIECES, FOLD CORNER TO OPPOSITE EDGE, THEN FOLD REMAINING CORNER OVER SO IT FORMS A SQUARE AND THE PRESERVES ARE ENCASED.Place on cookie sheet and lightly brush tops with butter. (you do NOT want butter dripping off the dough)Bake for 15 minutes.
