4 containers (6 oz. each) yoplait light vanilla yogurt

Here is how you make 100 Cal. Iced Fruit Yogurt:

In a mixing bowl, mix frozen concentrate with a fork until smooth and slightly thawed. Whisk in vanilla yogurt until blended. Pour into ice trays or small enough bowls to fit in an ice shaver. Freeze until firm (about 6 hours.) When solid, shave in ice shaver machine and put into bowls to serve. Extra tip-Frozen juice concentrate usually comes in a 12oz. can.
