Here is how you make Eggnog Fudge:

line 8x8 pan with foil. Butter foil and set aside. Combine first 4 ingredients in a 4 quart sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantyly, until mixutres comes to a boil. Wash down crystlas from sides of pan usinga pastry brush dipped in hot water. Insert a candy thermometer into eggnog mixture. Cook until thermometer reads 238 degrees. remove pan from heat let cool mixture undisturbed until temperatures reads 190 degrees (15-18 minutes)Stir in pecans and remaining 3 indgredients. Stir with a wooden spoon until thicken and starint to lose the gloss. (5-8 minutes). Pour into buttered foil pan. Cool completely, cut into 1" squares. Makes about 16 squares. 1.5 lbsServing Size:?16 1 inch squares
