Here is how you make Ginger and Flax Biscotti:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.2. Grind 3/4 Cup Flax Seeds in a spice mill (or coffee grinder) In medium bowl combine the flours, ground flax, sugar, splenda, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and salt.3. Using electric mixer, combine eggs with molasses. Add flour mixture and mix until combined, until a soft and sticky dough forms mix in whole flax seeds and ginger. 4. Divide dough into four equal pieces.5. With damp hands, form each piece of dough into a log 2 inches wide and about 1/2-inch high. Place two logs on each sheet.6. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until firm to the touch. Logs will spread during baking. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Set oven to 300 F. With serrated knife, slice each log into about 20 cookies, cutting on a diagonal. Bake 15-20 minutes.4. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
