Here is how you make Low Carb/Gluten Free Chrurros:

In a blender, combine the eggs and cream cheese until completely blended. You really need a blender or food processor or it won't completely blend. Transfer to a bowl and whisk in the one cup of water. Add the guar gum, 1 tsp at a time whisking well (or using a hand mixer) after each addition to keep batter smooth.Transfer mixture to a piping bag fit with a large fluted tip (or round tip). If you don't have a bag, use a ziplock bag with the corner cut off. Heat your oil to 375 and squeeze the batter into the oil in short strips. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning in the oil as needed.
