Here is how you make Gluten Free Cinnamon Swirls:

Mix all dry ingredients plus oil in a bowl. Leave out 50g of sugar and the cinnamon.Heat margerine/butter and milk in a pan until butter melted. Add the egg and mix until frothy. Add egg and buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients, stir into a thick dough.Roll out dough into a rectangle on a piece of greaseproof paper.Mix the 50g of sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl and sprinkle evenly over the dough.Using the greaseproof paper, roll the dough into a cylinder. To seal the dough brush a small amount of butter on the closing edge.
