Preheat oven to 425."Supreme" the grapefruit by cutting off all the rind and removing the membranes from the sections. (Chef Meg has a video showing how to do this). Cut the sections into bite size pieces, and divide the fruit between two oven-proof glass dishes of about 1-cup size.Put the graham crackers, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon in a food processor, and process to form crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs on the top of the fruit. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the crumb topping has browned.
