Here is how you make Calypso Grilled Pineapple:

Combine Worcestershire sauce, honey, butter, sugar and rum in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce Heat and simmer for 10 minutes or so. It will begin to thicken. Let it cool.Preheat and oil grill. Peel and core pineapple. Divide into 8 wedges; divide wedges in half for more servings. Brush wedges with the sauce and place on grill. The rum will make the grill flare up so proceed with caution. They should cook in about 5 minutes, turning occasionally. The surface should be brown.It can be topped with vanilla ice cream.
