In a glass bowl, Melt together peanut butter and butter in the microwave then mix until smooth. Transfer to mixing bowl, add vanilla extract and blend well. Add in powdered sugar and mix on low, then medium until well-blended. Shape peanut butter dough into slightly flattened Easter eggs. Place on parchment paper lined sheet pan. Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes. Melt chocolate wafers, then quickly dip peanut butter eggs until coated all over. Set back on parchment and chill in refrigerator until chocolate coating is fully set. Store in refrigerator.
