Here is how you make Homemade Garibaldi Biscuits (Gluten Free):

1. Measure 4 tbls potato flour place into 1 cup measuring cup, add white rice flour to make 1 cup. Place in bowl and include 1 more cup of white rice flour.2. Add baking soda, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, and sugar to flour. Mix throughly.3. Cut butter into flour mixture using finger tips or pastry cutter.4. Add enough milk to make a stiff dough.5.
