Here is how you make Homemade Whole-Grain Pancakes:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees F to keep pancakes warm until you serve them.Note:If you are grinding your own wheat/ oat kernels start with a completely dry blender jar. Grind wheat & oats first, then add enough white flour to add up to 1 cup of total combined flours.Pour flour into a measuring cup or bowl (if not using a blender.)Preheat grill pan on stove to medium-high heat.Place all ingredients in blender jar in the oder listed secure lid & blend until smooth (on Batters setting, if your blender has one.) Lightly spray griddle pan with olive oil (if using.)We like larger pancakes so we pour 1/2 cup of batter onto hot griddle and cook side one until bubbles form. Flip with spatula carefully.
