Bring honey just to a boil in saucepan. Cool and add coffee. Beat the eggs until light, then add the oil, beating well to blend. Gradually beat in the sugar. In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add them to egg mixture alternately with the honey-coffee mixture. Mix well. Pour batter into 2 greased 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 3" loaf pans.
