This can take 20 minutes The eggs should be pale yellowWhile eggs beat, melt butter in a saucepan with milk and heat until steamingSift flour baking powder and salt.Once the eggs are pale yellow and fluffy add flour and beat on low speed until just mixedAdd butter mixture and vanilla and beat until combine. The batter is VERY thin but no worries, it will be fabulous when baked.Pur into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cake springs back and toothpick comes out clean. This cake has a tendency to stick, co if you want to turn it out line your pan with parchment. The first time I made it, I did not and it had to be pried from the pan.
