The ingredients for Jam Poppits are:

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. AP flour
1/2 c sour cream

Glaze 3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp water

Sugar free jam

Cut butter into flour with pastry blender until completely mixed. Stir in sour cream until blended. Divide into 2 parts, wrap each and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
Roll pastry on well-floured pastry cloth to 1/16"; cut into 2" shapes. Cut a small hole in center of half of the shapes. Brush with sugar glaze and place on top of plain shape, on prepared baking sheet. Fill hole with jam (about 1/2 tsp.) Prepare second part pastry. Refrigerate scraps before re-rolling.
Place on parchment papered baking sheet. Cookies will not spread so they can be placed close together.
