This is my Grandma Olive's recipe for lemon bars. It's not the most diet-friendly bar, but I needed a way to figure out the nutritional info, so here it is. What Are The Ingredients For Grandma's Lemon Bars Recipe?The ingredients for Grandma's Lemon Bars are: Crust:1 c butter, softened 1/2 c powdered sugar Pinch of salt 2 c flour Filling: 4 eggs 2 c granulated sugar 6 Tbsp flour 6 Tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp grated lemon peel Also need an additional 1-2 tsp powdered sugar to sprinkle on top. How Do I Make Grandma's Lemon Bars?Here is how you make Grandma's Lemon Bars: In a medium bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients with a pastry blender like pie crust. Mush into a 9x13" pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. (There's enough butter in the crust so you don't have to grease the pan.)Mix the remaining ingredients in a separate medium bowl. Spread on top of baked crust and bake an additional 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until filling is set. Sprinkle a small amount of powdered sugar over the top and cool on a wire rack.
