Here is how you make Lemon Cheesecake Bars:

1) Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit (175 Degrees Celsius).2) Make Crust: Combine melted butter & graham crumbs. Press mix into an 8 x 8 pan and bake for 8-10 mins.3) Prepare Lemon Pie Filling: Combine eggs, water & lemon pie filling mix in a medium sized pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When bubbles break surface, continue to stir for about a minute before taking pot off heat. Allow to cool 5 minutes.4) With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smoothe. Combine cream cheese & filling. Spread filling mix on top of crust & set in fridge for 1-2 hours.
