Here is how you make Lemon Chiffon Custard:

place 1/2 cup water in small saucepan. sprinkle with gelatin. let sit 1 minute then heat water on low until gelatin is dissolved. set aside. In a bowl mix together milk powder, crystal light,salt and a few drops of yellow food coloring if desired. set aside. In a food processor or blender place cottage cheese and remaining water. puree or process until very smooth. Add gelatin and milk mixtures and process until thickened. Place in 6 6oz ramekins and chill 1 hour.
