3 unwaxed lemons (zest and juice)
3 medium eggs (seperated)
3 tbs (or 9 tsps) Splenda


How Do I Make Lemon Velvet Dessert?

Here is how you make Lemon Velvet Dessert:

In small bowl allow lemon zest to infuse with the lemon juice for about 1/2 hour. Once stood place in large bowl add the splenda, mix and place to one side. In seperate bowl mix the fat free cream cheese with the egg yolks. In another bowl whisk egg whites till stiff. Add lemon/splenda mix to egg yolk mix and fold together. Spoon in one tablespoon at a time into the egg whites until all absorbed. Fry Lite an 8" oven proof dish and pour mixture into this. Bake in top of oven at gas mark 2 or equivalent for approximately 30 minutes till lightly brown.
