2 packages (8 oz) fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup splenda
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup water
1 (3 oz size) package sugar free lemon gelatin
2 cups fat free whipped topping
2 TB Raspberry wine
2 packages (3 oz sice) ladyfingers
1 pint fresh or frozen and thawed raspberries


How Do I Make Lemon Raspberry Tirimusu?

Here is how you make Lemon Raspberry Tirimusu:

combine cream chees, artificial sweetener and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat until smoothCombine 1/3 cup water genatin in bowl and microwave 30 seconds or until water is boiling and gelatin dissolved. Cool slightly. Add gelatin mixture to cheese mixture and beat 1 minute. Add whipped topping and beat 1 -2 minutes more.Whisk together preserves, wine and 1/4 cup water. Set aside 2 TB. Spread 1/2 of remaining mixture over the bottom of 11 x 7 pan. Split 1 3 oz package of lady fingers in half and line pan. Put 1/2 cheese mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup of raspberries. Add the next package of ladyfingers. Top with the remaining preserve blend and cheese mixture. Top with 1/2 cup of fat free whipped topping and chill for at least 2 hours. Before serving drizzle the 2 TB reserved preserve blend and sprinkle with the remaining raspberries. Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user DIRAE2.
