How Do I Make Applesauce Loaf?

Here is how you make Applesauce Loaf:

Preheat oven to 350?. Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan and set aside. Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, CINNAMON, NUTMEG, CLOVES and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Beat in the applesauce and VANILLA. Fold in the raisins and walnuts. Pour into the loaf pan and bake at 350? for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in the pan and then remove, let cool, slice and serve.
