Cut the flesh of the mango away from the flat seed in the middle of the mango and cut into chunks.Throw the bananas and mango into a blender and puree.Only add a little water if mixture is just too thick.Pour this mixture in a 9 x 9 pan, cover, and freeze. This process takes about 3 hours. Every hour you will stir the mixture as it freezes around the edges but is soft in the middle.Next take the blackberries and puree in the blender. Remove the banana/mango mixture and put in a bowl and mix really well so it it will be a nice and fluffy mixture. You can use a mixer but a spoon and some elbow grease works just as well. I just use a spoon and stir till it is whipped up.Set the popsicle the 3 or 4 oz. cups to assemble.Pour the blackberry puree into the molds and swirl as you go so that the blackberry drips on the edges of the paper cups.Spoon the banana/mango mixture into the molds and patting it down till it is 2/3rds filled. Stick in your craft stick in the middle. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight.Peel the paper cup away from your popsicle when you serve it to eat.Serving Size:?6Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TRAVELNISTA.What's The Nutritional Info For Mango Blackberry Ice Pops? The nutritional information for Mango Blackberry Ice Pops is:
