I made an angel food cake and layered it with whipped cream, fresh raspberries and diced mangos. It was wonderful. I took the half that was left, and cut it up and layered it with custard made with leftover homemade eggnog. It was incredible!

Here is how you make Mango Raspberry Trifle:

Bake and cool cake. Make custard using eggnog. Whip cream, using sugar and vanilla. I also added a cream stabilizer since I made this as a cake first. When cool, slice the cake into three layers. Layer cream, raspberries and mangos inside, leaving some to decorate the top. We ate half this cake.
