How Do I Make No Fail Meringues?

Here is how you make No Fail Meringues:

Put the egg white in a deep bowl, then put the sugar on top and add the boiling water and white vinegar. Now, using either a hand-whisk or an electric, whisk the eggs until very stiff. This should take 10 minutes by hand (maybe longer) and maybe 2 minutes electrically. If you wish to add flavor do so sparingly and only when peaks are formed.Dollop the meringue onto a greased cookie sheet/ grease wax paper (I prefer to use an ungreased silicon sheet, then I can just pop them off). Spacing doesn't matter because they won't expand much. However, sometimes the bottoms of the meringue to "drool" some sugar and you get a carmel glass net, but these can easily be broken off.Bake at 200 for 50 minutes.
