Here is how you make Molasses Crackles:

Combine flour through salt in a bowl; stir well, set aside.Combine molasses, oil, corn syrup and orange rind in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until blended. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and egg; beat until well blended. Stir in flour mixture. Cover and freeze 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375. Coat hands lightly with cooking spray, and shape dough into 48 (1 inch) balls. Roll balls in remaining powdered sugar, and place 2 inches apart on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
