Here is how you make Yummy Blueberry Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°CMix the flours, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt all together in a big bowl. Pull the flour mixture to the sides of the bowl creating an empty spot in the center of the bowl. Add milk, melted butter and the egg(already beaten) to fill the hole.Using a fork slowly mix it all together. At the end when the mixing is finished gently fold in the blueberries.Grease the muffin pan and fill cups about 1/2 to 2/3 full. Now, use the 2 teaspoons of sugar to sprinkle the tops of the muffins and place in the oven(on the center rack).
