Here is how you make CoCo Wheats Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together in small bowl CoCo Wheats and milk; set aside for later. In a large bowl mix together next 4 ingredients. Sift together the rest of the dry ingredients. Add Flour mixture and CoCo Wheats mixture to first mixture. Blend well. Stir in nuts and/or chocolate morsels. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake for 18-20 minutes (or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes our clean. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely. May be frozen for later use.
