Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour (or use baking spray with flour in it) 2 12 size mini muffin tins. In med. bowl stir br. sug., flour and pecans. In separate bowl beat butter and eggs together. Stir in dry ingred. til just combined. Spoon batter into mini muffin cups 2/3 full, do not over fill. Bake 12-13 min. or until edges browned, middle will be more gooey. Run a knife around each muffin and cool on rack for one minute and promptly pop each one out onto cooling rack until cool, or serve warm.
