Chip Muffins?Here is how you make Protein Powder Choc. Chip Muffins: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12-muffin muffin pan with no-stick spray (or line with muffin cups). 2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix. 3. Blend egg, soy milk, banana and applesauce in a bowl. 4. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until just moistened (if batter is too dry, add 1 tbsp of soy milk at a time until desired consistency. If batter is too runny, add 1 tbsp of flour at a time). 5. Stir in chocolate chips. 6. Spoon heaping tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup. 7. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until knife/toothpick comes clean when inserted in muffin.
