Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients and spices, except for sugar. Set aside.In a large bowl, combine the splenda and butter until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla and pumpkin, and blend until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and stir until everything is just evenly moist. Grease some regular muffin cups, or line them. I prefer to grease, I don't use liners.Fill the muffin cups roughly 1/2 - 2/3 full with the batter. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
